We zijn net terug van een prachtige week in Villa Beten Bukit.

De villa zelf is erg aangenaam, zeer goed georganiseerd en ingericht, schoon en helder. De kamers zijn ruim en de badkamers, half open, origineel en erg mooi.
Buiten is het ook geweldig: de tuin is prachtig en zeer goed onderhouden, zoals het zwembad, het uitzicht op de Balinese bergen is uniek, fantastisch ontspannen in de groene landschappen van Bali!

Maar wat ons vooral geraakt heeft is de vriendelijkheid, de toewijding en opmerkzaamheid van het personeel. Iluh, die elke ochtend een luxe ontbijt maakt en heerlijke Indonesische gerechten kookt(zeer aantebevelen), evenals Europese gerechten; Putu, de manager, altijd bereid om u te helpen; of Ketut die ons op de luchthaven heeft opgehaald en later naar verschillende plaatsen heeft gebracht; ze zijn allemaal geweldig, een grote dank je wel aan iedereen! Dankzij hen was het verblijf onvergetelijk en zzeer gewaardeerd!

De omgeving van Pemuteran is zeer aangenaam en authentiek vanwege het geringe aantal toeristen, de Balinese spirit is veel meer aanwezig dan in het zuiden! Bovendien kun je je niet vervelen, want er zijn volop activiteiten te doen: snorkelen in Menjangan, geweldig!. Het bezoeken van Ijen vulkaan op Java , een hele ervaring, wandelen op de stranden, uit eten gaan  in het dorp, watervallen bezoeken enz. Een geweldig paradijs!

Kortom, een grote dank aan Lisette voor deze prachtige week!

Nous revenons tout juste d’une superbe semaine à la Villa Beten Bukit.

La villa en elle-même est très agréable à vivre, très bien organisée et décorée, propre et lumineuse. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bain, à demi extérieures, originales et très jolies.

A l’exterieur, c’est également superbe: le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu, la piscine aussi, la vue sur les montagnes Balinaises unique, enfin bref, que du bonheur pour se ressourcer dans les paysages verts de Bali!

Mais ce qui nous a surtout marqués c’est la gentillesse, le dévouement, et le travail remarquable de tout le staff. Entre Ilo, qui vous cuisinera un petit déjeuner de luxe tous les matins et saura aussi bien cuisiner tous les plats indonésiens (que je recommmande vivement) que les plats européens; Putu, le manager, toujours prêt a vous dépanner et a rendre service; ou encore Kutut qui s’est occupé de venir nous chercher à l’aeroport et de nous conduire à plusieurs endroits, ils sont tous formidables, un grand merci à eux tous ! Grâce à eux, le séjour est d’autant plus magique et appréciable !

Les alentours de Pemuteran sont très agréables et authentiques car peu touristiques, l’esprit balinais y est bien plus présent que dans le sud! De plus, n’ayez pas peur de vous ennuyer car pleins d’activités accessibles très facilement: snorkeling dans le magnifique spot de Menjangan, trekking à Java, balades sur les plages, sortir dîner dans le village, etc.. un formidable petit coin de paradis !

Bref, un grand merci à Lisette pour cette superbe semaine, je recommande vivement pour se ressourcer pleinement !

“We spent an amazing and relaxing week in Pemuteran. The house is ideally located and surrounded by a gorgeous garden. The staff was extremely friendly and resourceful. They made us feel at home and gave us a lot of useful tips to discover the area. While you can walk to the beach, restaurants and stores from the villa, renting scooters or bikes is a very good option to explore further. Will definitely come back to peaceful Pemuteran and Villa Bukit. Thank you Lisette, Illuh and Putu.

Dear Lisette,

We have just returned after 3 weeks of travel to Bali.
Your home was our favorite.
It is splendid, ultra clean, very well equipped. Everything is done to make you feel really good.
But what really touched us most was your team. Iloo is the best Bali cooker and the most efficient to store the house, while being extremely discreet to preserve our family intimacy. She taught me how to make the best Bali Nasi Goreng.
Putuh is the most charming manager, warm, smiling, he does everything to make our stay happen for the better. He really likes to get to know the guests.
The gardeners are very smiling and very kind as all the Balinese.
It was with tears in our eyes that we left the house.

Zeer ruime villa met een fantastisch onderhouden tuin. Wij genoten van Pemuteran en omgeving; haar schone stranden en vriendelijke bevolking. Vorral dank aan Putu voor het organiseren van de tripjes en Iluh voor het bereiden van de heerlijke ontbijt/lunch en diner sessies.

Pro-active manager. Wij genoten van ons verblijf in een authentiek, minder bekend deel van Bali. De afstand naar het strand vanaf de villa is ongeveer 25 min.

Alles was prima geregeld dus een aanrader.

Op onze rondreis door Bali verbleven we 5 dagen in dit prachtige, zeer smaakvol ingerichte huis in Pemuteran. We hebben genoten van de rust, het zwembad, de mooie tuin, het prachtige uitzicht en vooral ook van de goede zorgen van het vriendelijke personeel. Kortom een paradijsje! Wij kunnen de villa van harte aanbevelen.

This was the second time we stayed here. We still love it here and we would come back again.

It is a nice private villa and the staff is amazing.

The house has a great pool and comfort rooms with a fantastic bathroom.

Moreover, the villa is perfect located when you want to go snorkling and diving. We went to menjangan island and had an amazing experience.

We brachten drie fantastische dagen door in deze rustige villa in Pemuteran. Het huis is geweldig, de enorme tuin, met veel plekken om te ontspannen  … een onberispelijke netheid, frangipanibloemen overal bij aankomst, een zeer efficiënt en lachend personeel, onder leiding van Putu, dat zal voldoen aan al uw wensen. Waarschijnlijk de mooiste villa die we ooit huurden, en hopen op een dag terug te keren! Zeer goede communicatie vooraf met Lisette, de eigenaar. Als u een villa zoekt om van de wonderen van Menjangan te genieten, twijfel niet, je zult niet teleurgesteld worden!

Nous avons passé trois jours fantastiques dans cette villa au calme à Pemuteran. La maison est incroyable, le jardin immense, avec de nombreux endroits invitant à la relaxation… Propreté impeccable, des fleurs de frangipanier un peu partout à l’arrivée, un staff très efficace et souriant, mené par Putu qui saura répondre à la moindre de vos demandes. Probablement la plus belle villa que nous ayons louée, en espérant pouvoir y revenir un jour ! Très bonne communication en amont avec Lisette, la propriétaire. Si vous chechez une villa pour profiter des merveilles de Menjangan, n’hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus ! Anthony

Oh my Goodness , I don’t even know where to begin writing a review for this beautiful villa, and
I’ve been remiss because of that dilemma.
Fellow traveller, this is an amazing villa. Searching for a special place to stay in the north, after
plenty of stays in the south, I came across Villa Beten Bukit. At first, I honestly thought, it’s too
good to be true, but WOW, it’s exactly what we want.
From my initial contact with Lisettte she was immediately responsive and informative, offering me a
very fair rental price, and I booked directly with her, which was super easy. During our email
exchanges, It was obvious that Villa Beten Bukit is special because it is not just Lisette’s pride and
joy, it’s also her passion and her 2nd home. she even organised scooters for us which were waiting
when we arrived at the villa. It was an unexpected treat that Lisette came to meet us in Legian,
with her driver Ketut. He was unbelievable, getting us up to Pemuteran in super heavy traffic (and
also back to the airport a week later ! ).
Arriving in the villa was a delight. We were greeted by Putu, who was very excited to show us the
property, which is so much more beautiful than any photograph can capture. The gardens there are
truly lovely, with so many birds…..like, so many! From the masses of tiny swallows who come
each morning and afternoon to take a sneaky bath in the swimming pool to the lovely little water
birds who hop across the water lily pads, it’s all paradise times a kazillion.
Lisette arranged for Illuh to prepare a meal for us as we were coming in the late afternoon, and it
was the perfect welcome. Illuh is a very caring and gentle person, cleaning and cooking in the
most unassuming and mindful way. Her food is delicious, fresh and simply prepared, and she is so
happy to be able to please you. Even the way she laundered and carefully folded our clothes was
so beautiful!
Putu also cooked for us, going out early to the local market to buy us a fabulous fresh fish, which
he barbecued to perfection, a must have meal while you are there. He is very helpful, and just a
phone call away, being very unobtrusive.
The Villa itself was much more than we needed, just my husband and I, so we only used the 1st
bedroom,which was very comfortable, a huge bed, with a mosquito net, and plenty of hanging/shelf
space for our clothes. The ensuite bathroom was great too, open to the stars, but spotlessly clean
and private, as is the entire villa.
You’ll be spoiled for choice (like me) where should you lie down to read a book, or the news on
your phone, or even to take a sneaky nap? Whatever you’re after, it’s all here, lounges, chairs, day
beds, umbrellas, absolutely everything, everything. And don’t get me started on the pool, let’s leave
it at when you get in, you wont want to get out.
Hanging by the front door there are 4 KOSHI WINDCHIMES (http://koshi.fr/). i researched them
once i returned home because they are the most delightful chimes I’ve ever heard. Although they
are a small detail, i think they’re a significant one, because just like this entire villa, they are
understated perfection.
Thank you Lisette for your generous hospitality, and congratulations on creating this impressive
sanctuary, I just hope I will have the chance to return.
