The spacious, open 3500 m² tropical garden consists of a sloping lawn with many different species of trees, palms, plants and flowers. Around the pool are planted Singapore-, Palm- and Frangipane trees. In addition the garden shrubs bamboo, fruit trees, Cambodia-trees, Oleanders and Bougainville; all this is very attractive to birds. The garden is specifically designed to maintain the water on the land during the rainy season , which eventually reaches a higher ground water. The choosen planting of the garden reflects a dry tropical climate. At the front and the side of the villa is a pond with many fish and beautiful water lilies. The garden and pool lightening consists exclusively of energy efficient light bulbs and is equipped with timers.
